What is RichWrap?

RichWrap is the largest designer, manufacturer and distributor of gift wrap ensembles in the marketplace. We carry out all our converting, assembly and fulfillment operations from our modern 20,000 square foot facility located 45 miles of Chicago in Elburn, IL.

What are Giftwrap Ensembles?

Giftwrap ensembles contain everything needed to wrap beautiful, coordinated and well-accessorized gifts. Each ensemble is comprised of high-quality, heavy-weight giftwrap along with coordinated accessories such as bows, ribbons, tissue and gift labels. Many of our ensembles even come with tape! It is packaged in a beautifully designed box and placed in an individual corrugated mailing sleeve.

Who buys RichWrap Ensembles?

Originally, RichWrap was marketed to companies and corporations who gave the ensembles to their clients, employees and business associates. Today, RichWrap enjoys a vast client base that encompasses most industries, professional sports teams, as well as, individual professionals and consumers.

How are RichWrap Giftwrap Ensembles shipped?

For customers who want to do their own distribution, ensembles are bulk shipped in master cartons to one or more locations via Fed Ex ground or LTL truck. We can ship third party Fed Ex or truck if preferable. For customers who want a more hassle-free experience, RichWrap offers a convenient mailing service. Just provide the list in an Excel template and RichWrap does the work for you! We offer an insert card that can be imprinted and placed in each mailing sleeve or customers can supply their own insert card to be included. Shipping is done via Fed Ex ground, Fed Ex Ground Economy or through the US Postal Service depending on ensemble and destination. RichWrap takes great care in securing the most cost efficient and dependable shipping methods available.

Is shipping included in the price?

No. Many retailers will work shipping into their pricing in order to provide “free shipping”. Due to the many ways RichWrap can be shipped, wide range of quantities and destinations in which the ensembles are shipped, it is not appropriate to factor shipping costs into the price of the product. We do make every effort and go far and beyond to find the lowest and most efficient shipping method as well as happily ship ensembles on third party accounts. We have a very long and strong relationship with FedEx and, together, are diligent in keeping shipping costs down.

Are RichWrap Giftwrap Ensembles appropriate to give to men?

Absolutely! A majority of RichWrap’s recipients are men! They say that it is their favorite gift because it is something they can bring home and share the unique and useful gift with the entire family.

Can I choose my own patterns?

Yes, however minimums and deadlines do apply. The order minimum is 250 of the same ensemble and the deadline to guarantee availability is August 1st. After August 1st, selections are based on inventory.

What makes giving RichWrap Ensembles so beneficial?

RichWrap Giftwrap Ensembles are usually the first gift received during the holiday season. We encourage our customers to ship their ensembles near Thanksgiving, which increases their memorability and value. Recipients will be so excited to receive the gift wrap at the start of the busy shopping season. The gift is so memorable and useful, the sender will come to mind every time a gift is wrapped.

Can I give RichWrap Ensembles year after year?

Certainly! Many of our earliest customers still give RichWrap ensembles today. Year after year, over 90% of our customers repeat their order. We change the designs of the giftwrap each year so the ensemble is always updated and fresh! Recipients will look forward to getting the ensemble on their doorstep every holiday season!

Are RichWrap Giftwrap Ensembles sold in stores?

No, RichWrap Ensembles are not sold retail. Top quality products and service is our main concern.

What is your Return and Refund Policy?

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the original packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product purchased after September 1 must be returned by November 30th of the current holiday season. There are no returns accepted after December 1st. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment. If you have any questions on how to return an item, please contact us.

What is your multiple shipment policy?

All order will ship complete unless otherwise requested by the customer. Orders will ship via Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex Home Delivery, FedEx Ground Economy, USPS, LTL or customer pick up. Shipping method is based on the size of the shipment, destination and intake capabilities of final destination. The most cost efficient and timely shipping method will be applied to all shipments.

When will I be charged?

Once your order is processed, an invoice will be emailed with a link to pay the invoice electronically via secure credit card or bank transfer. All orders must be paid in full before shipment. The only exception is for company-issued purchase agreements with agreed upon terms.
