 Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the original packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product purchased after September 1 must be returned by November 30th of the current holiday season. There are no returns accepted after December 1st.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment. If you have any questions on how to return an item, please contact us.



Multiple Shipment Policy

All order will ship complete unless otherwise requested by the customer. Orders will ship via Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex Home Delivery, FedEx SmartPost, USPS, LTL or customer pick up. Shipping method is based on the size of the shipment, destination and intake capabilities of final destination. The most cost efficient and timely shipping method will be applied to all shipments.

Customer invoicing will not occur until the entire order has shipped.
